An 18 + 9 hole golf club wth fisihing is 1ml. Close to Pershore and Evesham 5mls Larger towns (with racecourses) historical connectiions and abundant shopping nearby are Worcester 10mls. Stratford upon Avon 16 mls and Cheltenham 18mls.
There is a large guest lounge with a log burner, intersting reading material and board games etc. The breakfast room overlooks the farm and garden and breakfast can be taken outside in summer. All the garden is accessable and there are many public footpaths through the farm and around the village with a community owned wood half mile away. A supervised visit to the shed when cattle are house in winter is no problem or to feed the chickens and ducks.
